We are committed to designing buildings that are not only beautiful but also environmentally responsible.

What we offer

South Africa faces a major housing backlog despite government efforts, with over 2.5 million households still on the National Housing Needs Register 2023. Rapid urbanisation is a key driver — 65 percent of the population lived in urban areas by 2022, and Johannesburg has grown nearly 30 percent since 2011. With a shortfall of 3.7 million homes, most low income households still struggle to access safe, affordable urban housing.
